Charine Pilar Gonzales is a Tewa filmmaker from San Ildefonso Pueblo and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She co-produced the short doc WINDING PATH (Sundance 2024), and is associate producer for the upcoming PEOPLE OF THE WEST Boardwalk Pictures series. She’s a 2024 Sundance Institute Native Lab Fellow. Charine is founder of Povi Studios, a multimedia production company. She lives in Santa Fe with her family and chunky orange tabby, Cheddar.
