Genevieve Lane

Genevieve Lane (Lakota and Ojibwe) is an anthropologist who’s delighted to be part of the Native Authors Cohort. She waited until the kids were grown enough and she could finally hear herself think before making her foray into writing, which has been her crush since third grade. At bat and swinging for the fences, she’s working on her first full-length work, taking shape as a book. Her work centers on Native representation and decolonization theory.
